I know it's been a while since I just posted to tell you all what's up but here goes, this may get a little long winded but here goes.
1st - I went to Chattanooga over the past weekend and brought back some great Stampers Anonymous Stamps, these will be gone fast so if you've been looking for any of their newer stamps I would definately be here early Tuesday 10/21
2nd - We tentatively have a Christmas Crop Set for December 13th, it will not be in the Hendersonville area as pricing is so high. I've found another venue, more information on that to come.
3rd - This Friday we will be starting a 2009 Calendar Project. We will be doing 2 Months (2 9x9 page layout) on each of these dates up until Deceber 13th when we will be finishing the project. These will take the place of the regular 2 page layouts on these dates, Oct. 24th, Nov. 7th & 21st, Dec 5th & the final date 13th we will be doing 4 pages. Cost is st $15.00 for 2 pages, and then we will be adding the pages to the Heidi Swapp Calendar this will make an awsome gift to yourself or someone you really love.
4th - This is the most difficult, as you all know Summer months in retail are very hard financially, but usually come September things pick up and get better, unfortunately with the economy the way it's been it has been extremely tough to stay in the green. My DH has been helping in every way possible and I have been doing as many classes a week as I can but this seems to only be covering the basic expenses.
This is why there has not been a lot of new product in the store (I currently have over $6,000 of product waiting to come in) I can not go into any more debt at this time.
Because I still have a while left on my lease 6 more months to be exact and I have had numerous people tell me they would do what ever it takes to keep me here, I'm making a small proposal.
We currently have an All Access Club, (I currently only have 10 people who have signed up for this group. Those who are already in will keep those benifits, but I am going to make a couple changes so that we can help each other through these tough times.
If you join the All Access Club now, the cost from now to the end of the year would be $25.00 I would be taking the 25% off Quickutz and limit the 25% off coupons to 2 items (it will stay for the current members) But I will be adding 10% off all product purchase accross the board. Kind of like a Sam's Member's Card, we would keep track here on the computer.
Also, for those that join or are already a member, there will be a special sale starting this Thursday 10/23 through Saturday 10/25 everything except the new stamps will be 50% off, this sale will be for All Access Members ONLY. Regular pricing will be in effect for those that are not full members.
I pray that this will help with some of the pressure that the store (and myself) have been struggling with, if things don't get better though I am not quite sure what I will be able to continue to do.
Please be in prayer, for us and our other retail family members as I know I'm not the only one hurting at this time. And hopefully we can weather this storm.
